Class Schedule Silver Sneakers Classic Have fun and move through the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Silver Sneakers Stretch Yoga This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Tai Chi for Active Older Adults An ancient form of mind-body exercise that uses purposeful, slow movements in a form of meditative exercise for relaxation, health, and self-defense. Water Aerobics for Active Older Adults An instructional class of aerobic movements performed in the water, to improve body conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Everyone must obtain a ticket at least 15 minutes before class to participate in this program. Join the Y Whatever your goals are, the Y can help you get there.
