Senior Fitness AOA Sit FitGet fit while you sit in this chair exercise class that involves a combination of aerobic activity, strength building and stretching.Register AOA DanceA low-impact aerobics segment challenges both brain and body with fun, easy-to-learn movement patterns set to music that spans several decades. Register Balance Balance exercises to help build strength and improve posture, stability, and coordination.Register SilverSneakers® Circuit Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography.
