CLASSESYouth Instructional Basketball-Intermediate, Ages 8-11Mondays 4:00pm-5:30pmSaturdays 12:30pm-1:30pm Progressive instructional and training program that improves speed, strength and basic basketball skills. Staff individualizes instruction so that each child gets what he or she needs to build skills and confidence for competitive play. Classes are open to boys and girls. The goal of each class is to get everyone playing, getting fit, and making friends!Register Youth Seido Karate, Ages 6-11Saturdays, 9:30am-10:30am and 10:30am-11:30amKarate class promotes a greater appreciation for self-control and mental awareness, as well as physical fitness and a practical method of self-defense.
