Indoor Group Exercise 

Indoor group exercise classes are now open! All classes are included with membership, and reservations are required due to government requirements and space restrictions. See our schedule below. Learn more about what to expect and how to make a reservation using our mobile app. Get healthy with outdoor fitness classes. Classes are free for members and pay-per-class for non-members.

Pickleball Schedule

Open Gym Schedule

Adults can drop in to play basketball - both shoot around and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary.

 

Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. Contact Chrissy at CCarlson@ymcanyc.org to get started, or pick up where you left off.

 

Teen Access

All teens ages 12 through 14 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Contact Matthew to make an appointment.
